The Purcell Collegiate School Foundation was founded in 2023 to extend and enhance the educational opportunities afforded by Purcell Collegiate School as follows:

• by providing educational resources to students attending Purcell Collegiate School or participating in its extra-curricular programs;
• by providing publicly available scholarships, bursaries, and other forms of financial assistance for students to attend Purcell Collegiate School and/or participate in its extra-curricular programs; and
• by providing scholarships, bursaries, and other forms of financial assistance to students graduating from Purcell Collegiate School and/or advancing from its extra-curricular programs to attend post-secondary institutions.

The foundation operates on a not-for-profit basis.  Its primary purpose is to support deserving students to access opportunities that might not otherwise be available to them, particular Indigenous and other marginalized students, both Canadian and international.
